Single vs. Double-Sided UVDTF
Single-sided UVDTF is designed for standard application on one surface—perfect for tumblers, cups, and other hard goods where the design is viewed from the front.
Double-sided UVDTF is made for transparent surfaces like glass or windows, allowing the design to be seen correctly from both sides.
Simple: Single-sided = one view. Double-sided = two-way visibility.
💡 Pro Tip:
For best results, apply to clean, smooth surfaces and press firmly for a secure bond.
- 16 oz Glass Can/Tumbler: 9.3" – 9.5" W × 4.1" – 4.3" H
- 20 oz Skinny Straight Tumbler: 9.3" – 9.5" W × 8.1" – 8.2" H
- 30 oz Skinny Straight Tumbler: 10.2" W × 9.5" H
- Kids/Small Tumblers: Approx 7.5" – 8" W × 3" – 4" H (measure to confirm)
- Wine Tumblers/Mugs: 2" – 3" W × 2" – 3" H (decals)
- Measure First: Use a flexible tape measure to measure the exact circumference and height of your tumbler.
- Handle Clearance: For mugs, ensure the design does not hit the handle.
- Avoid Overlap: Trim the transparent film edges close to the design to prevent overlaps, which can cause peeling.
- Measure Design Area: Focus on the printable area, not just the total tumbler height.
